Enterprise Architect - GenAI & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and intelligent automation. The role focuses on designing and delivering AI-driven solutions across SAP and infrastructure environments, while bridging business needs with automation opportunities., * Design and implement LLM-based solutions such as AI agents, chatbots, copilots, workflow assistants, and decision engines.

• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines integrating enterprise data with SAP and infrastructure systems.
• Evaluate, train, and fine-tune LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Develop intelligent automation frameworks using APIs, BPA tools, and LLM-based reasoning.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify process gaps, pain points, and AI-led automation opportunities.
• Integrate AI solutions with SAP modules, SAP BTP automation components, infrastructure systems, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms.
• Deliver use cases such as predictive maintenance, intelligent ticketing, anomaly detection, and proactive issue resolution.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI and automation initiatives from PoC to production.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure ROI, effort savings, ticket reduction, and productivity improvements.

• Strong hands-on experience with GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience building RAG pipelines and knowledge-grounded AI systems.
• Expertise in designing AI agents, copilots, and automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and SAP BTP Automation.
• Experience with API integration and enterprise system connectivity.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and infrastructure operations.
• Ability to engage with business, AMS, and IMS teams to define and deliver automation solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience in enterprise architecture for AI-led transformation.
• Exposure to KPI dashboards, reporting frameworks, and scalable AI solution design.
