Requirements

International London based technology company are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to support their IT functions within UK.

Role is hybrid with flexibility for homeworking but required to be in office for 3 days a week. Ideal candidate would be a self starter, likes to work independently and has a can do positive approach to challenges.

Example of Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating & fault finding hardware and software issues
  • PC & Laptop Support
  • Active Directory
  • General IT Helpdesk support, * Previous experience of the 1st and 2nd line support, esp for remote users
  • Experience with PC's and Laptops hardware maintenance
  • Mac Support Experience
  • Helpdesk Systems for ticketing and escalation

Desirable

  • Active Directory
  • GSuite for Business.
