Day to day you can expect to: o Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystem o Support end-users within Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environments o Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to the highest standards o Apply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly o Deliver excellent, professional service to a varied and demanding client base

Please note: MSP experience is essential for this role.
