Microsoft | MSP | Edinburgh (Office based Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm) £30,000 - £35,000 Are you an experienced MSP professional with a passion for Microsoft technologies and a drive to keep growing? Our client is a quality-first Managed Services Provider looking for a superstar to join their focused Edinburgh team. This is not just another support role. Day to day you can expect to: o Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystem o Support end-users within Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environments o Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to the highest standards o Apply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly o Deliver excellent, professional service to a varied and demanding client base

Requirements

Please note: MSP experience is essential for this role. Applications without a background in a Managed Services Provider environment will not be considered. o Minimum 3 years of experience working within an MSP environment o Microsoft certifications required or actively in progress: MS-900, Azure Administrator and/or Security Administrator (external validation is essential) o A specialism in mobile device management or security administration is highly desirable o Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels o Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure o A genuine passion for technology with strong, proven troubleshooting ability o A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment Bright Purple is an equal opportunities employer: we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry.
