Process ownership
· Working with Sales and L&D in each brand to understand, define, document and report on the Sales processes.
· Ensuring that changes to the Sales Process are understood and communicated to stakeholders in the back office.
· Be an agent of change to influence the adoption of new tools and processes.
· Ensuring that brand separation is enforced, especially when new tools or system changes are made.
· Oversight of the Do not contact (DNC) and mailshot opt out process as part of a wider focus on GDPR and reputation protection.
· Chairing the AI and Automation group and maintaining a dynamic team of Sales SMEs in each brand.
General
· Ownership of sales system - ensuring that support, maintenance and administration is delivered to a high standard from the support, project and third-party teams.
· Working with L&D to ensure that training is given on new and changed systems to maximise benefits. This includes drafting of system guides, direct training to key staff and train-the-trainer model depending on requirements.
· Responsible for ensuring that the front office systems and tools meet business requirements, and remain fit for purpose through alignment of business process with developing market offerings.
· Stakeholder management through timely and effective communication including the wider IT Team, L&D Sales management, and end users.
· To work in partnership with the L&D and Sales to ensure consistent adoption and usage of the front office systems and tools through the definition and reporting of usage and outcome metrics and KPI's.
Responsible for active management of 3rd party vendors providing core solutions to business ensuring they are compliant, deliver to agreed SLA's and actively work in partnership to drive out in-efficiencies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, · Have detailed understanding of sales and/or recruitment processes
· Knowledge of CRM and/or ATS systems
· Experience of business analysis, and business process mapping and documentation
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Passion for service improvement and efficiency
· Ability to work independently and on own initiative
· Good attention to detail
· Flexible to travel when needed
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· PC literate with a demonstratable aptitude to pick up new software packages quickly.
· Experience or Knowledge of GDPR and/or Data Protection would be an advantage
· IT qualifications or equivalent expertise gained in work an advantage
· Experience in supporting Business applications including CRM systems or databases an advantage
