- Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues related to Linux systems.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Developing your expertise in the vast suite of technologies we work with.
- Communicate technical information clearly to end-users, ensuring a positive and supportive experience during support interactions.
- Engage in training sessions to expand knowledge of Linux systems and support procedures.
- Attending and contributing to daily Linux standups.

Requirements
Skills and experience required... * Linux Fundamentals:

Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Most noticeably:

RedHat based distributions (CentOS, Fedora, RHEL)

Debian based distributions (Ubuntu, Debian)

IT Support Concepts:

Familiarity with fundamental concepts of IT support, incident management, and ticketing systems.

Understanding of how DNS works

Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of SSL certificates

Networking Basics:

Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, as it relates to Linux system administration.
