Job description

The successful candidate will have strong experience implementing, customising and maintaining complex RightNow solutions within enterprise environments., * Implement and customise Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) solutions

  • Configure workflows, integrations and platform extensions
  • Maintain and enhance existing RightNow environments
  • Provide technical expertise across the platform
  • Support delivery of customer service solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Oracle?, * Minimum 8+ years relevant experience

  • Strong expertise in RightNow / Oracle B2C Service
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise service platform implementations
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
