  • Communicate transparently on the capabilities and limitations of AI, avoiding over?promising or unsafe implementations.
  • Contribute to the broader organisational structuring; in the medium term, the role may evolve into a transversal project manager working directly with the CEO.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, data, or a related field.

  • Comfortable conducting interviews with employees, challenging existing processes, and identifying quick wins.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to train, convince, and reassure non?technical users.
  • Hands?on mindset: capable of working in a small, fast?moving, multicultural team with limited bureaucracy.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
