Tasks

  • Manage and oversee OT security measures effectively.
  • Ensure secure operations and advancement of production security.
  • Coordinate and operate OT-Security solutions like monitoring., Monitoring and managing security measures in the OT environment (Operational Technology)

Responsible for the secure operation and further development of security in production

Building, coordinating, and operating OT security solutions (e.g., network segmentation, monitoring, access controls, hardening, vulnerability management)

Monitoring and analyzing security-relevant events in industrial control and production systems

Enforcing and monitoring security policies in production networks

Designing, building, and further developing OT security architectures and processes

Close collaboration with colleagues in production, engineering, and ICT to ensure a consistently high level of security

Requirements

  • Computer science degree with a focus on Security/OT-Security.
  • Strong knowledge of network and industrial communication protocols.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex systems., Computer scientist FH or HF

Further training with a focus on security or OT security

Solid knowledge in the areas of network, security, and industrial communication protocols

Experience with production equipment, controls, or OT networks

Experience with the IEC 62443 security standard is an advantage

Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills

Open-minded and team-oriented person with precise working methods and independence in developing and implementing problem solutions

Ability to analyze, structure, and document complex relationships
