IT Support Specialist Temporary (all)

For our IT Operations & Support team at our headquarters in Aarau, we are looking for a competent and assertive personality as an IT Support Specialist on a temporary basis from November 2026 to December 2027.

Your tasks

• Receiving, documenting, and classifying requests in the ticket system (ServiceNow) including follow-up and coordination with IT providers
• Handling incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support (including infrastructure services, IT equipment, meeting room technology, printers, accessories, replacement devices)
• Ensuring smooth IT operations (business applications, hardware)
• Conducting problem and escalation management
• Maintaining and expanding the internal knowledge database
• Monitoring and optimizing IT operations (monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement)
• Organizing and conducting training sessions
• Active participation in infrastructure and IT security projects with external partners
• Independent management of small projects or subprojects in IT operations
• Responsibility for conducting first logins for new employees
• Regular on-site assignments at branch offices

• Completed IT training or equivalent; several years in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills., * Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent education or training
• Several years of experience in IT support or user help desk with solid IT knowledge
• Good knowledge of Windows client systems, ServiceNow, MS Office / M365, Microsoft group management, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows permissions
• Efficient, independent, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with clear and service-oriented communication
• High customer and service orientation combined with assertiveness and quick comprehension
