Job description

  • Apply systems engineering methodologies throughout conception, specification and design phases.
  • Manage and maintain system requirements using tools such as DOORS or similar.
  • Use project tracking tools such as JIRA to follow system and engineering workflows.* Analyse and understand GNSS system concepts, GNSS signals, performance aspects, and RF interference detection and geolocation.
  • Perform radiofrequency-related analysis, including link budgets and RF/baseband subsystem evaluation.
  • Manage workflows related to engineering instrumentation.
  • Use MBSE tools such as Capella or Enterprise Architect for architectural modelling and system design.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation across complex technical systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Jira?, We are looking for a GNSS Systems Engineer with strong background in engineering best practices, particularly during conception, specification and design phases., * Experience in systems engineering best practices, especially in early lifecycle phases (conception, specification, design).

  • Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS (Advanced level).

  • Experience using tracking tools like JIRA.

  • Strong understanding of GNSS concepts, signals, performances, and RF interference detection/geolocation (4-5 years).

  • Solid knowledge of radiofrequency engineering, including link budgets and RF/baseband subsystems.

  • Experience with MBSE tools such as Capella, Enterprise Architect, etc.

  • Ability to understand and manage complex technical systems and produce detailed technical documentation.

  • Familiarity with ESA ECSS standards or similar.

  • High level of English (verbal and written).

  • Optional / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in defence and security environments.

  • Experience in global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) domains (Advanced, 4-5 years).

  • Experience working in GEO & Location domains (GNSS/WiFi/cellular/RF).
