End-to-End Lifecycle: You'll lead the 'Build to Run' journey for our IP Telephony and on-prem conferencing suites, ensuring new features move smoothly from the lab to our global users

Incident Strike-Team: When major incidents arise, you'll lead the resolution process, bringing together the right experts to solve problems fast and prevent them from happening again. Strategic Partnership:

User Empowerment: Work with Change Managers to translate complex tech into 'human-friendly' guides for our VIPs and stakeholders.

The 'Shift Right' Mentor: Collaborate daily with our Service Desk to share knowledge, ensuring they are empowered to support users confidently.

Architecture Partner: Support our Lead Architect in building robust system dossiers and testing the next generation of collaboration technology.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or as an IT product manager. Technical knowledge of IPT or Network is required. Transnational IT supplier Management. Practical Problem Solving. ITIL basics. Service Now IT operational usage skills would be greatly appreciated. English and French language negotiation level, some German or Spanish skills would be appreciated. Open-minded, self-awareness, transparency, and welcome feedback will be highly appreciated skills. Ability to progress in a complex environment working with Donauwörth/Marignane/albacete sites and all the divisions is mandatory.
