TIBCO Developer

• Develop and support integration solutions using TIBCO BW, TIBCO AMX BPM 5.x, and/or TIBCO BPME 6.x.
• Design and maintain enterprise integration flows, file transfers, and web services.
• Monitor applications, configure alerts, and build Splunk dashboards.
• Support migration projects, decommission legacy flows, and optimize existing solutions.
• Work with SOAP/REST services, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
• Configure and support Linux and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot complex performance, memory, and thread-related issues.
• Collaborate in CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps delivery environments.

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Developer with strong expertise in enterprise integration and BPM solutions. The role involves designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting integration flows using TIBCO technologies in an Agile/DevOps environment., * Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BW and TIBCO AMX BPM / TIBCO BPME.

• Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, XML, and UML.
• Strong understanding of SOA, ESB, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience with monitoring, alerts, and Splunk dashboards.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TIBCO EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, adapters, and plugins.
• TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition knowledge.
• Azure hands-on experience.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, Splunk, TIBCO BW, or TIBCO BPM.
