Requirements

We are looking for someone in a 1st / 2nd line role with one or two years of experience that is looking for a hands-on role with lots of customer contact in an education setting in Coventry. You will manage, maintain, support and develop the ICT infrastructure to ensure its effective and efficient operation in conjunction with external companies. You must have a driving licence and your own transport to be considered for this role., You will have one to two years' experience in a 1st /2nd line support role

Experience of desktop build and software installation Experience of supporting a wide range of MS365 applications including SharePoint. Knowledge of troubleshooting errors and installing software Experience of providing hardware support; Laptops, PCs and Networking /Wireless Networks Knowledge of AD and Gorup Policy Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have a keen interest in IT and have high attention to detail.

There will be some travel to other sites around Coventry , so a driving license and your own transport is essential.
