Job description
- Designing, building, and managing sandbox and production n8n environments, ensuring correct infrastructure and scalability.
- Owning and executing platform operations to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Leading a pilot programme for platform usage, adoption, and outcomes.
- Creating, growing, and engaging a multi-channel community, including developing training materials and enablement content.
- Supporting and mentoring a team of consultants, driving adoption and best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a hands-on Technical Platform Lead role
- Extensive experience with n8n
- Experience deploying n8n on Kubernetes
- Platform operations management, including monitoring, scaling, and reliability
- Experience with Agentic AI systems
