Salesforce Technical Product Lead (Salesforce Certified)

The role will be to lead a Salesforce Team of 3 who manage the Salesforce Eco System with the primary focus of delivering the best value from the charity's Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, NPSP (Salesforce non-profit support) and NPC (Not for Profit Cloud). The Salesforce Technical Product Lead will define and own the vision for the organisation's use of Salesforce by developing and implementing the strategy and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.

Certified Salesforce Administrator is essential. Other relevant Salesforce certifications (eg Marketing Cloud, Consultant, BA, App builder, Developer) are beneficial.

Demonstrable experience working as a Salesforce Technical Product Lead, including establishing and leading a dedicated Salesforce team and managing technical staff, is essential

Extensive experience in leading technology transformation initiatives, including product development, user experience, and system integration
