Lead .NET/Full Stack Developer

Lead, coordinate, and assure all testing activities for the

Business Central (ERP)

implementation and its integrations. Responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality, coverage, and risk management across functional and non-functional workstreams to achieve go-live readiness.Key DeliverablesStrategy & Planning:

Programme-wide Test Strategy and Master Test Plan defining scope, entry/exit criteria, environments, and data requirements.

Preparation:

Approval of test scenarios/scripts (SIT, UAT, NFT) mapped to business requirements and technical design.

Execution Management:

Oversight of SIT cycles, UAT tester onboarding/training, and Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Volume, Security).

Defect Management:

Ownership of the Defect Management Plan, daily triage sessions, and risk-based prioritization.

Reporting:

Cycle summary reports, weekly status metrics (progress/defect density), and RAID log ownership.

Completion:

Final Test Closure Report, business readiness assessments, and post-go-live smoke testing/hypercare support.

Key MilestonesPlanning:

Test Strategy, Master Plan, and Data Strategy signed off.

SIT:

Execution of all cycles; major defects resolved; SIT exit criteria met.

UAT:

Tester training complete; execution finalized with formal business sign-off.

NFT:

Performance and security testing executed with remediation complete.

Go-Live:

Final Summary Report issued; all critical defects resolved or formally accepted.

Hypercare:

Post-launch functional checks and transition to BAU support.
