Senior /Lead AI Engineer (Exclusive OchoX client ) Hybrid role - 3 days in state of the art Belfast office We are seeking a visionary AI Engineer to join a fast-growing SaaS security-organisation specializing in AI-driven automation and large-scale enterprise software quality platforms. This is an exclusive OchoX opportunity for an entrepreneurial engineer who wants to architect adaptive intelligence systems from the ground up. We are not looking for "AI users" who simply wrap existing APIs. We need a builder, someone who has designed AI-powered products from scratch, understands model training, and thrives on solving complex distributed systems challenges. The Role This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who excels at the intersection of Product Development and AI Architecture. You will move beyond simple integrations to build truly autonomous security and automation solutions that handle large-scale enterprise workloads. What You Will Build * Autonomous Workflows: Build agents that execute complex security and quality workflows end-to-end. * Intelligent Security Scanning: Design new tools from scratch that move beyond traditional patterns. You will build AI-powered scanning that considers deployment context, IAM roles, security groups, and runtime behavior to eliminate false positives. * Internal AI Platform: Architect the shared infrastructure for RAG, model training, and evaluations to enable safe, scalable AI features. * Adaptive Intelligence: Oversee the development of models that learn from customer-specific environments to generate high-signal, personalized insights. Key Responsibilities * Design from Scratch: Lead technical initiatives and drive architectural decisions for AI-driven automation. * Productionize AI: Work with Research and DevOps to develop and deploy new AI capabilities into a modern cloud-native environment. * Optimize Performance: Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize backend systems designed for massive automation workloads. Essential Criteria * AI Product Background: 2+ years specifically in ML/AI engineering with a track record of shipping proven AI-powered products. * Technical Depth: Deep experience with RAG, Model Training, AI Architecture, and LLM Integration. * Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to design AI solutions from a blank canvas. * Cloud Native: Strong experience with GCP (preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes. Why Join? * High Impact: Build an AI-driven enterprise platform used by global brands. * Ownership: Strong influence over architecture and product decisions in a rapidly expanding team. * Build and lead a new team to NI * Equity and market leading benefits on offer ! Who are we?

Muse Group began life as Ultimate Guitar, the largest online global community of musicians. Eugeny Naidenov founded Ultimate Guitar in 1998, with a dream to make it easy for guitarists to play songs by Guns ‘N’ Roses and his other favorite rockers. From there, the site grew from a plucky, tab-sharing trailblazer into a global leader of online music publishing.

In 2017, Ultimate Guitar acquired MuseScore, expanding its reach into sheet music. Muse Group has only continued to grow from there — and now includes Audacity, StaffPad and many more.

In 2023, Muse Group acquired Hal Leonard, the legendary global sheet music publishers, adding an unparalleled music catalog and educational expertise to the team.

Today, we are an international, visionary team of creatives, music lovers and audio obsessives, developing products we could not live without.
