Lead Data Engineer

• Support the daily operation of the data centre, ensuring uptime, security, and efficiency
• Monitor BMS and infrastructure systems, responding to alerts and incidents
• Manage and resolve tickets via helpdesk systems, including change requests and incidents
• Provide remote hands support, including rack installs, hardware deployments, and cabling
• Install and manage structured cabling and cross-connects
• Work with third-party suppliers across facilities and technical services
• Assist with deliveries, logistics, and on-site inventory management

• Minimum 2+ years experience working in a data centre environment
