Soft Skills
There are a handful of 'soft skills' which are of critical importance when fulfilling an Analyst role. For example;
- Accountable & Humble - much like a professional athlete, you recognise that you hold the responsibility for your performance at work. The ego is left at the door. Analysts are able to look inward, reflect and constantly identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously Improve - with an acute sense of self-awareness, a strong Analyst is constantly reflecting on their performance and refining their approach. They acknowledge they have much to learn and make mistakes, their focus is on improving quickly and consistently.
