AI Developer/Engineer (m/f)

Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months +++ Location: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and services using foundation models and custom AI pipelines.
• Integrate AI models into business systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Continuously refine prompts, fine-tune models, and optimize AI responses for improved accuracy and user experience.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to guide innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Experience with MCP-Server, Tool-Calling or AI Guardrails
• Foundation Model Expertise: Deep understanding of large language models and other foundation models - including their architectures, strengths, and limitations.
• Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to craft, optimize, and automate complex prompts for generative AI models to achieve precise, consistent outputs.
• Software Development: Strong hands-on experience in Python and Node.js, with a solid understanding of modern software engineering practices (APIs, CI/CD, testing, version control).
