Job description

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality on-site IT support to end users, including senior stakeholders, ensuring a seamless technology experience across devices, systems, and collaboration tools., * Provide on-site desktop support for a range of end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

  • Support and troubleshoot core infrastructure technologies including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Active Directory.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux - Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) within an enterprise environment.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO), RSoP, and JAMF configurations on client devices.
  • Handle user account administration including permissions, account creation, and directory maintenance.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, and the Office Suite.
  • Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android) in a corporate environment.
  • Provide support for video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies, including multi-site setups (Cisco experience advantageous).
  • Maintain and support enterprise printing solutions, including high-volume scanning and finishing functionalities.
  • Respond to IT security incidents, including system imaging, malware remediation, and assisting with forensic investigations.
  • Support office moves, user relocations, and site-wide technology transitions.
  • Deliver high VIP support to senior executives, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.
  • Provide walk-up "Tech Bar" style support for end users.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting client devices and end-user environments in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Proven experience with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with GPO, RSoP, and JAMF policy management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Knowledge of enterprise AV and conferencing technologies.
  • Experience with IT security incident response and endpoint remediation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience supporting VIP users.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in desktop or service desk administration within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of application packaging and deployment.
  • Familiarity with asset management and inventory control processes.
  • Relevant IT certifications (eg, Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
