Job description
As an ERP Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery and successful go-live of customer ERP projects. Your role will be to manage project phases and whole projects, to understand and document customer requirements, to guard against scope creep, to build customer configuration of the system and users, and to provide training on E-Max ERP, our ERP system. This position is ideal for individuals who have high attention to detail, are comfortable and confident instructing and training groups of customers, have strong organisational and communication skills, and have a genuine interest in technology and customer service., * Manage assigned projects and project phases
- Configuring the system, users, and reporting, to customer specifications
- Mapping and capturing customer requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate
- Guarding against scope creep of projects and having confidence to take appropriate action when identified
- Providing face to face and remote training to customers, to ensure they understand how to use our system for their business
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Software development?, E-Max Systems is looking to expand our Product Delivery Team with the addition of an ERP Product Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with users, and is confident in front of customers., * ERP system experience
- IT literate with a strong interest in technology
- Ability to learn software quickly
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Self-organised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, Teams, and live chat)
- Hard-working and self-motivated
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Able to travel to customer sites and therefore be away up to 3 nights away per week
Desirable skills (But Not Essential)
The following experience is not required, but would be beneficial:
- Experience working within a consultancy or product delivery team at an ERP provider
