Solution Architect - BSS & Digital Solutions

We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with deep Telco BSS experience, who is passionate about building state-of-the-art architecture while still willing to dive deep into details when required. Experience in workflow engine and AI-led architecture are highly sought for.

• Proactively transform complex and monolithic architecture to lean microservice-oriented architecture. In this regard, to achieve simplification in B2B journeys
• Define high-level solution components, integration patterns and technology stacks
• Manage the lifecycle of clusters of applications and avoid technical debts
• With Enterprise Architecture, jointly shape long-term strategic direction of the target B2B BSS architecture and in parallel execute legacy retirement plan
• Integrate AI framework into solution architecture to achieve optimum business impact and operational excellence
• Assess and include non-functional elements (security, performance, scalability, availability, observability) in Architecture design
• Develop & execute strategy for the rehosting/reengineering of applications to realize target architecture on cloud-based infrastructure
• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis to ensure future-proof and sustainable solutions in achieving business outcomes

Do you have 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or software architecture, including hands-on work with programming languages, operating systems, and databases? *

Do you have solid experience in the Telco B2B domain and a good understanding of its technological landscape? *

Are you experienced in technology leadership, particularly in large-scale BSS transformation programs involving complex integrations and service-oriented architectures? *

Do you bring strong technology acumen in SaaS integration and workflow engines, such as BPM technologies (e.g., Camunda)? *

Do you have hands-on experience with AI technologies, including working with AI frameworks and implementing use cases?

• Do you excel in communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain complex topics and align stakeholders on problems and solutions?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4.046,28 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
