Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, We have a new requirement for a full time Level 1 EUC Engineer based in Dortmund, Germany. This is a 3-month engagement, after which the engineer will transition to the client's payroll. Candidate must have B2-level German language proficiency.
Must Have:
Service Now Tool, Active Directory, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager). Imaging / autopilot, Intune / iPhones, Office 365, Windows10 / 11, Video Conference room support. Printer Issues, Hardware Troubleshooting, Blue Screen Error / Hardware Issues, Encryption, Network Support.
