Job description
Strategy & Delivery
- Shape platform vision, annual/quarterly plans, and long-term roadmap as Product Owner
- Lead PI planning, roadmapping, and day-to-day delivery to drive adoption and value
- Own backlog, sprint priorities, and platform governance to ensure scalable, global solutions
Data & Customer Insight
- Use data to diagnose issues, define success metrics, and optimize feature impact
- Improve speed to value, platform health, and internal NPS across Sales and Program teams
- Translate high-level business goals into clear technical requirements and action
Stakeholders & Tech
- Act as senior escalation point, managing expectations on scope, budget, and timelines
- Partner with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Analytics
- Bring deep Salesforce Sales/Service/Data Cloud expertise and design modern solutions (Agentforce, Conga, Copado)
Community & Leadership
- Mentor junior/medior specialists and consultants on best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional Salesforce teams, including developers and UX specialists
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder
- 5-8+ Years of relevant experience in platform development, Product Ownership, and Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong technical background in platform development and translating tech insights into business opportunities and vice versa
- Experience acting as a Product Owner in shaping strategic platform direction and roadmaps.
- Technical depth in Salesforce ecosystems, specifically SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, and Data Cloud.
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce objects, processes, security models, and system dependencies.
- A mindset of high ownership and completing tasks end-to-end.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage senior stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Agentforce, Conga, or Copado is a plus.
- Preferred Certifications: Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant, and Data Cloud Consultant
- Nice-to-have: Copado certification
