At Sqills we empower passenger transport operators around the world with a mission-critical software solution called S3 Passenger, ensuring that they can purchase, rebook, or scan tickets to keep public transport running smoothly and reliably.
This is exactly why our Cloud team is so important to Sqills. The team ensures that the infrastructure supporting S3 Passenger can handle thousands of bookings per minute and continuously improves it for scalability and efficiency.
Supporting operations is an essential part of our daily activities. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee uptime, maintain security, and deliver reliable implementations within our infrastructure. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud systems and data.
- Optimize cloud services for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud.
- Solid understanding of security best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Willingness to join our standby shifts.
Nice to have:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, We can only consider applications from Dutch, EU/EEA or Swiss citizens, or from individuals who already hold a valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands.
