Job description
We are looking for a Data Architect to define and evolve the enterprise data architecture at Vorboss. You will design scalable, secure, and high-performance data structures that support our rapidly growing fibre network business.
Working closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams, you'll modernise legacy telecom data models, establish strong governance and modelling standards, and guide the architecture of our next-generation data platform.
This is a hands-on strategic role shaping how data is structured, governed, and used across the organisation., The Installation Technician's responsibilities will consist of (please note that this is not an exhaustive list):

Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture strategy

Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models

Reverse-engineer legacy telecom data structures and reduce data silos

Establish canonical data models and Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks

Implement data governance, metadata management, and data lineage

Provide architectural leadership across data engineering and analytics initiatives

Evaluate and introduce modern data platforms and tools
-
Mentor teams on data architecture best practices
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Data Architect or Enterprise Architect

Strong expertise in:

Data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical)

Canonical data models
-
Master Data Management (MDM)
-
Data lineage and impact analysis
-
Metadata management
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
Experience working in cross-functional engineering and business teams
Desirable
-
Telecom domain knowledge (customer, product catalogue, orders, billing, usage/CDRs, network assets)

Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture

Experience with Snowflake or Microsoft Azure
-
Experience working with cloud or hybrid data environments
