Job description

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme already well underway. This is a hands-on role focused on enhancements, integrations, and supporting the rollout of Phase 1 across Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The ideal contractor thrives in fast-moving environments and can add value quickly with minimal hand holding. What You'll Be Working On

Developing and enhancing custom functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Building and optimising Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations
Supporting delivery of Phase 1 rollout, including new features, fixes, and performance improvements
Working closely with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams
Helping stabilise and extend an in-flight project where speed and quality both matter

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments
Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations
Experience with Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential)
Ability to pick up an existing project quickly and deliver high-quality work from day one
Excellent problem'solving capability and clear communication
Able to start immediately
