Backend Python/AI

We're partnering with a cutting-edge healthtech company on a mission to accelerate the integration of AI into their core platform. With a strong product already in market, they're now scaling their AI capabilities and looking for two experienced engineers to help lead the charge. This is a hands-on role with an initial focus on Python but a clear path toward longer-term transition to Java or Kotlin. You'll work closely with internal teams to build, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and intelligent agents into production. What they're looking for:

• Strong Python experience (Java or Kotlin a plus)

• Proven track record of deploying AI workflows or agents into production environments
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and hierarchical agent setup
• Comfort with backend engineering and flexibility to work with Java long-term
• Ability to move fast, experiment, and work autonomously
