Requirements
- 6+ years of mobile engineering experience
- Strong Kotlin expertise (Clean Architecture, MVVM, DI, Coroutines/Flow)
- Proven React Native experience beyond UI (native modules, Bridge/JSI, performance)
- Experience integrating React Native into an existing Android codebase (brownfield)
- Track record of contributing to or leading mobile platform migrations
- Ability to make architectural decisions in high-risk, live environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between greenfield and Legacy work
- Strong communication skills and experience in remote, cross-functional teams
Desirable skills:
- Experience migrating from native to cross-platform apps
- Background in transport, logistics, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Android performance profiling tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS products
- Exposure to iOS/Swift architecture
