Job description

IT Support:

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support across hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues (Windows, Office 365,Entra,Dynamics 365 etc.)
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with external support partners and suppliers.

Power Platform Exposure & Development:

  • Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks under the guidance of the team.
  • Participate in data quality assurance and issue resolution
  • Design and develop automations complimentary to the wider business systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and contribute to data-driven decision-making
  • Learn and apply best practices in data modelling and integration.
  • Support IT infrastructure tasks in conjunction with external support partners
  • Document technical procedures andtraining materials
  • Assistwith themaintenance of theasset inventoryandIT onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Triage support request and development request with external support partners and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via ticketing system, phone, or in person
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for a confident and technically skilled IT Support Technician with hands-on experience in end-user support, customer service, and proactive problem solving to join our team. Ideally with an interest or exposure to MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365., * 3-4 years of experience in IT support.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Office 365,Azure,Entra ID, and Microsoft Teams
  • Interest in data analysis,data modelling,or process automation

Desirable:

  • Exposure to or basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g.,Dataverse, Dynamics 365,Power Automate,Business Central)
  • Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools.
