Integrations Developer (Full Stack)

They are looking for an experienced Integrations Developer (Full Stack) to join a growing development team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining both inbound and outbound integrations, while ensuring these connections are elegantly presented through intuitive web interfaces. You'll turn business ideas into robust technical solutions - efficiently, securely, and aligned with best practices in modern software engineering.

This is a hands-on development role where your ideas and expertise will help shape how we use technology to power our digital platforms and applications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and related systems (inbound/outbound).
• Build and enhance web interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
• Collaborate with testers to ensure all solutions are robust, reliable, and release-ready.
• Participate in client and team meetings, presenting technical solutions in accessible, positive ways.
• Stay ahead of technical trends, sharing new ideas and development practices with the wider team.
• Mentor and support junior developers, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

• 5+ years' experience as a back-end developer, with strong technical foundations.
• 2+ years' experience writing unit tests during development.
• Proven expertise in .NET Core 9+, SQL 2022, MVC, C#, and API management.
• Working knowledge of Angular 16+ (or strong willingness to learn).
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you can translate technical into "human."
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
