You will work closely with Project Management team to help ensure that plans are well-structured, risks are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and actions are followed through to successful completion.You will contribute to day-to-day project operations, including project planning, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reporting, change control documentation, budget/resource tracking support and meeting preparation (agendas, notes, actions).Key Responsibilities:Project CoordinationAssist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.Maintain project documentation, including action logs, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and progress reports.Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents.Stakeholder SupportLiaise with internal teams (e.G., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to collect updates and gather requirements.Help organise cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.Data & ReportingUpdate project dashboards and reporting tools to reflect accurate project status.Support data analysis activities to identify trends, delays, or potential risks.Contribute to the preparation of presentations and summarised reports for senior leadership.Documentation & Process ImprovementSupport the maintenance and development of project templates, process guides, and documentation standards.Contribute ideas to improve workflows, tools, and methodologies within the PM function.Assist in ensuring compliance with organisational project governance frameworks.Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI tools or automation to improve team processes, workflows, or efficiency, and share recommendations with the team.Support Customer-Facing DeliveryCoordination & Cadence: Help schedule and coordinate recurring project meetings/calls with stakeholders across regions; prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions to closure.Customer Updates: Prepare clear, concise status updates andHow You Will Make an Impact: Show Your Enthusiasm: Your motivation and eagerness to learn will bring positive energy to our team.Take Initiative: Don't be afraid to propose new ideas and solutions.
