SAP Consultant

As a Senior EC Lead Consultant, you will take responsibility for delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. Your role will include:

• Leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from design to go-live
• Acting as the Lead Consultant and main point of contact for clients
• Running client workshops in German to understand business requirements
• Translating HR processes into system design and configuration
• Guiding and mentoring junior consultants within the team
• Supporting the wider team by sharing knowledge and helping strengthen internal expertise

• Business-fluent German is essential
