Recann is supporting a growing UK-based technology organisation in the appointment of a Lead Developer. This is a permanent opportunity within a collaborative engineering team focused on designing, building and evolving modern backend systems. The successful applicant will combine hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities. The majority of your time will be spent writing and reviewing production-grade code, while also guiding technical direction, supporting other developers and contributing to delivery planning. You will work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Location and Working Pattern Hybrid working arrangement.
