Job description
- Lead technical architecture across Salesforce programs, including integrations, data migration, AppExchange and custom development
- Optimise business processes through technology and integration
- Present and defend architectural decisions clearly to varied audiences
- Work closely with delivery managers, solution architects, and client teams
- Enforce best practices, produce technical documentation, and ensure solution scalability
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and manage risks to resolution
- Influence technology direction and support pre-sales, discovery, and PoC work
- Mentor teams and contribute to strategic technical initiatives
- Deliver secure, maintainable, high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external technical stakeholders as required
Requirements
-
12+ years enterprise architecture, incl. 10+ years on Salesforce
-
Strong application, data, integration & security architecture experience
-
Deep Salesforce platform knowledge

Strong technical grounding: Apex, Lightning, APIs, relational DBs, system design

Experience with Batch & Scheduled Apex

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to steer project direction and ensure best practice

Trusted advisor capable of guiding emerging tech adoption

Pre-sales and PoC experience

Able to manage expectations and solve complex issues Desirable
