Job description

Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with a growing UK business that is continuing to invest in its data capability, to recruit a Junior BI Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative data team where you'll play a key role in developing and improving reporting and analytics across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll help turn data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making and performance.   • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support key business metrics

  • Enhance and optimise existing reporting solutions to improve usability and performance

  • Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly

  • Support the development of data products and contribute to improving data quality and consistency

  • Produce clear documentation to support reporting and development processes

  • Collaborate with wider data and technology teams to deliver effective data solutions

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, and overall data capability

Requirements

  • Experience in a data, reporting, or analytics-focused role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Experience with BI tools, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Comfortable working with data sets and transforming data into meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Eager to learn and develop within a data-driven environment
