Head of Infrastructure

We are recruiting a Head of Infrastructure to lead the infrastructure team and drive strategy across a growing, high-growth company. The role requires regular travel across UK sites - ideally based in the Midlands - with a minimum of three days in office or travelling each week. Responsibilities

This role covers: *

• Accountability for infrastructure, user support, cyber security standards, cloud and on-prem hybrid environment, disaster recovery, service delivery, governance, risk and compliance.
• Primary technical authority, providing clear instruction to reports and stakeholders and ensuring standards are met across the business.
• Managing hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, networking, cyber security and identity access management.
• Oversight and optimisation of budgets and post-acquisition integration to maintain operational resilience.
• Driving implementation of ISO27001 standards and all entities meeting Cyber Essentials Plus.

• Senior leadership experience within a high-growth company.
• Hands-on infrastructure experience: Microsoft365, Microsoft InTune, Entra ID, IAM, networking, hybrid cloud, on-prem.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, MSPs and integration following acquisitions.
• ISO27001 implementation, ITIL V4, cyber security, disaster recovery experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across UK sites. xhkmmrq
