As our new Technical Architect, you will be responsible for defining the overall technical structure of a client project. Your job will be to identify client requirements by researching and analysing their needs. This involves studying the concept, strategy, and vision for the project. More specifically, you will create user scenarios, prepare data models, design information structure, workflows as well as work out technical specifications and test methods. You will also create implementation plans and estimates for new and existing clients.Doing this, your tasks include:Implementing the architecture in corporation with the project team, using agile methodologies like ScrumDelivery of Braze projectsWorking out which solution to use based on cost-benefit analysis and researchExplaining to designers and developers what's required and overseeing the progressProviding feedback, summary, and information about your projects, agreeing plans with the client and breaking down large-scale projects into manageable chunks.In addition, you'll actively participate in advancing the Braze Technical Practice. You'll work side-by-side with our global practice lead to establish and scale a consistent practice company-wide. You will be focusing on the continuous development and expansion of the practice, and ensuring these efforts feed into the overarching global perspective.Who are you going to work with? Since you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, it's essential that you understand all aspects of each system, from both a business and technical point of view. In other words, you know how to turn business requirements into technical solutions. This means having an extensive knowledge of Braze and understand the overall ideal state architecture for the tool. You will have experience running complex projects and solutions but also knowledge of migration to Braze. Experience with APIs, liquid script and a good technical understanding of the entire Braze ecosystem is required.In addition, you have:4+ years of experience as a Braze architect or technical consultant, preferably at an agency within digital sales and/or marketing solutionsExtensive experience with BrazeExperience working with client-based projects and know how to service clients, including handling deadlines within agreed budgetThe ability to explain complex technical solutions with clientsA leader in personalized customer experiences VML MAP is a world-leading Centre of Excellence that helps businesses humanize the relationship between the brand and the customer through hyper personalization at scale, marketing automation and CRM.
