Job description
To grow and develop Infrastructure Solutions as a business line, selling these service offerings to Ricoh's existing and new customers this is through supporting and driving the sales teams to sell cloud and infrastructure solutions and being a key subject matter expert in this field to help generate and close sales opportunities in this area to ultimately achieve individual targets and contribute to divisional overall targets.
To be responsible for ensuring maximum margin and annuity revenue on all Cloud and Infrastructure solutions orders by promoting the value of Ricoh to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.
To proactively build positive relationships across Ricoh's business to enable and promote Cloud and Infrastructure solutions and to be recognised as the Cloud and Infrastructure solution Specialist to support in customer meetings where there are opportunities available.
To be responsible for building commercial awareness of Cloud and Infrastructure solutions aligned with Ricoh sales team to ensure all opportunities are maximised and competitive advantage is maintained
To be responsible for continually developing knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to ensure all opportunities and our competitive advantage is maxmised.
To be accountable for articulating the Cloud and Infrastructure solutions offering to new and existing customers whilst understanding and identifying the customers key business challenges that would open up opportunities to sell these solutions to all customers and prospects and where solutions are implemented ensure best in class experience is experienced throughout the sales cycle.
To be responsible for all sales administration relating to all opportunities and sales wins which are processed in the Ricoh CRM system and writing effective proposals to ensure management information can be extracted to review overall business activity
To build effective relationships within the relevant Ricoh teams to ensure project implementation is delivered efficiently and effectively.
To develop a pipeline of opportunity to allow the potential of over-achievement of targets and ensure accurate forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis using Ricoh's CRM system to ensure business activity can be monitored.

Requirements
You will ideally haveA proven track record in achieving sales targets is required along with a high level technical understanding of Cloud and Infrastructure solutions. Solution sales experience is a must, preferably with a high level of experience within the Cloud and Infrastructure solutions industry. The candidate should have experience influencing senior management over a wide spread of departments within mid to large corporates.
Skills Required:
First class sales and relationship building (internal and external)
Self motivation and pro active
Good understanding of data centre and networking solutions and capable of articulating the business benefits
Good understanding of technology driven organisational transformation
Excellent organisation skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
Demonstrate commitment and flexibility at all times
