Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT support role such as ICT Technician, Service Desk Analyst, or 2nd Line Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common user applications.
- Experience supporting desktop devices, printers, and classroom technology.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Well organised with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Experience within an education environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
