Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
- Fintech or payments background required
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React or Angular)

The Roles (x4)
- Customer Onboarding (x2) - Architecture-heavy squad rebuilding the critical customer onboarding journey into a clean, modular orchestration layer.
- Incentive Engineering - Internally-facing, revenue-critical team building the commission and invoicing systems that power the sales operations, with a AI/ML exposure a strong plus (Vertex AI, React, .NET, GCP).
- Risk Experience - High-integrity domain building a centralised risk and underwriting engine.
