TypeScript Software Engineer (m/w/d)

This role can be shaped around your strengths. We’re totally fine if you’re primarily backend, primarily frontend or full-stack. What matters most is ownership and shipping high-quality work.

What you’ll do

• End-to-end development of new features with a strong focus on quality
• Design and scale systems handling files for thousands of medical devices from leading global companies
• Collaborate closely with customers, product team, and QA

If you’re Backend-focused 

You own the backend foundation of a complex SaaS platform used by well-known MedTech and Pharma enterprises. 

• Take ownership of backend architecture in a TypeScript, NestJS and MongoDB codebase 
• Build logic-heavy systems for document processing and automation (including AI-enabled features) 
• Ensure quality through automated tests (Jest) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure, GitHub Actions) 

If you’re Frontend-focused 

You own the frontend experience of a complex SaaS product used daily by professionals. 

• Take ownership of frontend architecture in a React and TypeScript codebase 
• Turn complex feature requirements into intuitive and great user experiences 
• Build new features that include non-trivial client-side logic using Tiptap (e.g. integrate AI modules) 

• Several years of experience shipping production software in a SaaS environment
• Strong TypeScript skills and confidence owning features end-to-end
• Expertise in one of the following areas:
  • If backend: NodeJS / NestJS, MongoDB, APIs, background jobs, performance and reliability
  • If frontend: ReactJS, Tailwind, complex UI state, performance, Figma
• Preferrable cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong ownership mindset: you think in problems and solutions, not tickets
• You enjoy working with responsibility, speed, and in a dynamic environment
• Bonus: experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, or regulated environments
