What You'll Do

• Ensure new hires are set up for success by provisioning hardware, software and access from day one.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently, both in person and remotely, acting as the primary on-site IT presence for the office.

• Respond to help desk requests and manage tickets through our ticketing system with a high level of professionalism and urgency.

• Assist in managing identity, access and endpoint configuration across Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) and M365.

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for technologies, workflows and processes to ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team.

• Support IT projects from conception through to delivery, including the rollout of new tools, SSO integrations and automation initiatives aligned with best-practice standards.

• Share insights and propose improvements to optimise IT processes and enhance the overall end-user experience.

Who You Are

What you'll need

• A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware (Windows, macOS, peripherals, AV equipment) and software (cloud-based tools, SaaS platforms)

• Comfort working in a scaling business, where time is critical and change is frequent

• An academic background in technology or business (beneficial but not essential)

• Ambition to work in a high-growth tech company

Nice to haves

• Experience automating tasks using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash, and exposure to automation/orchestration platforms.

• Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
