Job description
- Contribute to the product lifecycle ensuring high production availability.
- Manage app support and user tickets for production applications.
- Maintain documentation and manage changes in coordination with teams., Your role is to contribute to the product/application lifecycle to ensure high availability in production (security, quality, efficiency).
- Provide application support and manage user tickets for applications in production.
- Maintain the CMDB and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Keep technical and functional documentation up to date (Jira / Confluence).
- Manage changes and maintenance activities in coordination with technical, business teams, and suppliers.
- Ensure contract management: prepare specifications, contracts, follow up with suppliers, services, and commitments.
- Follow up with suppliers, services, commitments, and invoicing.
- Challenge the business on its evolution requests.
- Ensure strong compliance with regulatory requirements, especially regarding security, data protection, and access management.
- Regularly challenge suppliers on offers, deliverable quality, and deadlines.
- Participate in various projects.
- Conduct user testing when necessary.
- Collaborate with domain and solution architects to ensure IT system coherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent, with application management experience.
- Strong skills in application support and incident management.
- Knowledge of security regulations and data protection., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent (HES, EPF, ...).
- Generalist IT profile, versatile, rigorous, and service-oriented.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining applications in production.
- Strong skills in application support, incident management, and change management.
- Knowledge of IT security, regulations, data protection, and access rights management.
- Comfortable with design, integration, and development monitoring (Cloud Azure, Power Apps, Sharepoint, .Net, Azure DevOps, IIS, MS SQL Server, API / microservices, etc.).
- Mastery of relational databases (Oracle, SQL).
- Knowledge of testing tools and associated methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication in French.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
