SAP IBP / APO Consultant - AMS Support (L2 & L3) - Remote Or Hybrid (Mexico)

We are seeking an SAP IBP / APO Consultant to provide Level 2 and Level 3 AMS support for demand, supply, and inventory planning in SAP S/4HANA. This role ensures accurate planning, execution, and integration between supply chain and production functions., * Monitor demand planning, supply planning, and inventory levels in SAP

• Support users in SAP APO, IBP, or S/4HANA integrated planning transactions
• Troubleshoot standard errors in forecasts, planning runs, and stock allocations
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd Level Support
• Resolve complex planning, integration, or master data issues across Demand-to-Supply processes
• Support enhancements, automation, and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with SAP development and consulting teams on bug fixes and system improvements
• Ensure planning accuracy, service levels, and inventory optimization

Understanding of supply chain processes, MRP, and order fulfillment Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills Ability to handle escalations and drive solutions for critical supply chain issues Knowledge of supply chain optimization, Lean principles, and Industry 4.0 Fluent English, * 4-7 years of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, SD, IBP/APO) and demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management

• Understanding of supply chain processes, MRP, and order fulfillment
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps, alerts, and basic reporting
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with advanced planning tools and demand-supply analytics
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle escalations and drive solutions for critical supply chain issues
• Location: remote across Mexico or hybrid when based in Guadalajara

Optional Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA or IBP certifications
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization, Lean principles, and Industry 4.0
• Fluent English, agile/SAFe experience
