EPM Solution Architect

We are a specialized consulting team dedicated to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. Our mission is to design and deliver innovative planning, forecasting, and reporting architectures that empower finance organizations to make data-driven decisions. In our team, you will take on a variety of tasks, including:

• Process Design: Design budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Business Requirements: Run workshops with finance teams, perform fit/gap analyses, and define KPI frameworks.
• Planning Models: Develop driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build management reports and dashboards.

• Finance & FP&A Expertise: Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance consulting, combined with a solid understanding of IFRS and management reporting.
• EPM & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with EPM platforms (Tagetik, SAP, SAP SAC, Oracle, Anaplan) and strong analytical capabilities.
• Agility & Communication: Scrum certification, hands-on experience with agile methodologies, and fluency in French and English for effective collaboration., * Agile: You believe that a flexible mindset is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
