Job description
- Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required
- Provide timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
- Possess basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple users
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral devices
- Use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
- Good understanding of Windows environments and basic macOS support
- Ability to work independently and on-site
Requirements
- Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Several years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong communication and documentation skills
