Candidates should have 4-5 years of Salesforce functional experience and a university degree. • 4-5 years of functional experience in Salesforce, including Sales and Service Cloud expertise.
• Proven experience managing Experience Cloud sites and Salesforce administration.

• Knowledge of DevOps for configuration management.
• Experience with omnichannel contact-center platforms integrated with Salesforce.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English., Experience Cloud sites management API-based system integrations Agile project management using JIRA Advanced reporting skills with PowerBI and Excel Spanish energy sector knowledge CTI or Genesys knowledge Fluency in Spanish Advanced English, University degree (ideally in Engineering)
