Job description
As our new Salesforce Developer & Release Management Specialist, you'll join IMCD's Salesforce Center of Excellence, the beating heart of our global CRM landscape. Our Salesforce ecosystem spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Pardot and API led architecture, based on MuleSoft technology. With a team of architects and international consultants, you will design, build, and secure the solutions that power IMCD's growth in 60+ countries. This is the ideal role for a hands-on Salesforce developer who is ready to step up: combining coding with release management, automation, and technical ownership. You'll grow your skills in CI/CD pipelines, security, and solution architecture, while making a tangible impact on how IMCD connects with customers, partners, and new acquisitions.
What you'll do
- Design & develop: Build scalable solutions in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
- Release management: Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments, ensuring stable and secure releases.
- Improve the pipeline: Standardize code reviews, documentation, and test automation - raising the bar for quality across the development lifecycle.
- Data migration: Execute complex migrations from legacy CRM systems of newly acquired companies into Salesforce.
- Automation & efficiency: Work on process automation to make our release and development flows smarter and faster.
- Collaborate internationally: Partner with architects, developers, and consultants across Ukraine, Portugal, India, and Poland.
- Grow: Learn from your peers and seniors, with clear pathways into Solution or Technical Architecture, or Data roles. What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

- Salesforce certifications (. Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect track) are a strong plus.
- Strong interest in scaling from coding into release, architecture, and process ownership.
- Detail-oriented mindset: you prefer well-structured solutions over quick fixes.
- Proactive, analytical, and eager to take initiative in a global, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Benefits & conditions
- A unique opportunity to work in a broad and complex Salesforce environment with multiple clouds, high security, and global integrations.
- Access to trainings and certifications to accelerate your growth.
- An entrepreneurial and collaborative culture where your contribution truly matters. Excellent pension scheme and commuting allowance.
